Local Driver

Please note: We are not currently hiring owner-operators or leased drivers. Join ForZack Trucking as a local CDL-A driver serving customers throughout southern Wisconsin and northern Illinois, and occasionally Minnesota. Our drivers operate from our Janesville, Wisconsin yard, transporting refrigerated LTL freight throughout the region. We are looking for dependable, safety-minded drivers who communicate well, take pride in their equipment, and provide professional service at every stop. Some deliveries may include street unloads or driver assistance. When assistance is required, drivers are provided with an electric pallet jack to make unloading safer and more manageable. Driver Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer on local routes throughout Wisconsin and Illinois. Follow all DOT regulations and ForZack policies and procedures. Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor and trailer. Immediately report safety concerns, equipment issues, incidents, or hazards to dispatch or management. Inspect freight and shipping documents for accuracy and document any discrepancies. Keep the tractor clean, organized, and safe. Maintain professional and respectful communication with dispatchers, customers, vendors, and co-workers. Provide timely updates regarding arrivals, departures, deliveries, route changes, and safety-related concerns. Assist with occasional street unloads and driver-assisted deliveries using a company-provided electric pallet jack. Perform other reasonable job-related duties as needed.
